About this role
Faropoint is looking for an Acquisitions Associate to support its warehouse acquisition operations in Atlanta. As the most active aggregator of industrial warehouses in the US over the past five years, the company has built a vertically integrated platform across seven regional offices, and this role sits at the center of that deal pipeline. You'd own substantial analytical work—underwriting potential acquisitions, building financial models, conducting due diligence, and synthesizing market research into investment memos and pitch materials for senior leadership.
The position suits someone with 3–5 years of real estate or financial analysis experience who is comfortable moving quickly between detailed spreadsheet work and cross-functional collaboration. You'll need strong modeling skills in Excel and Argus, a solid grasp of industrial real estate fundamentals, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with finance, legal, and operations teams. A Georgia real estate license and prior industrial sector experience are valued but not required; what matters most is analytical rigor and the ability to communicate findings clearly to decision-makers.
Faropoint offers base salary, discretionary bonus, competitive healthcare, unlimited PTO, and 401k matching. The role is in-office in Atlanta.
