About this role
Fanatics TCG is a new Seattle-based studio building trading card game franchises from the ground up, backed by the resources and sports partnerships of a major global platform. Rather than a specific open role, this posting invites TCG professionals to enter a talent pipeline for opportunities across game design, narrative, art direction, production, business development, and product management as the team scales.
You'd be a fit if you have professional experience shipping trading card games or collectible products—whether physical, digital, or hybrid—and genuinely care about gameplay systems and fan communities. The studio values cross-functional collaboration, creative problem-solving, and a player-first approach. This is an in-office role in Seattle, five days per week, with compensation determined once specific positions are defined.
This is an unconventional application path: you're not interviewing for a defined job but signaling your interest and expertise to be matched with roles as they open. It suits someone established in TCG or collectibles work who wants to be considered early for positions at a well-funded, ambitious new studio.
