About this role

Orchard Brokerage in San Diego is looking for licensed agents who want to build their business with meaningful support and competitive economics. Rather than charging upfront fees, the brokerage aligns its interests with yours—it only earns when you do. You'll have access to $1,100+ monthly in free marketing support, proprietary pricing tools, transaction coordination on every deal, and a suite of distinctive client products (Orchard Move First, Concierge, Cash Offer + Upside) designed to help you close more deals and win business in a crowded market. You'll also tap into 500+ private investors through the Cash Offer Marketplace and can grow additional revenue streams through mentorship roles and downline incentives.

This role suits someone with an active California license, at least two closed transactions in the past year, and solid sales fundamentals—the ability to handle objections, build rapport, and manage client expectations. You'll need an analytical approach to your business metrics, comfort with technology, and the communication skills to work effectively with both clients and your team. Compensation is commission-only with no cap; the average full-time agent earns $75,000–$200,000 or more annually, with splits that improve as you close more deals.

The position includes hands-on coaching from master trainers and a local Market Manager, plus a collaborative agent community focused on customer experience. If you're self-driven, want to own your results, and value both support and flexibility, this could be a strong fit.
