About this role
EōS Fitness is recruiting for a Manager in Training role designed to prepare high-potential candidates for future gym management positions. This is a structured developmental program where you'll complete an onboarding curriculum (4–6 weeks depending on whether you're internal or external), gain hands-on experience across gym operations, and shadow existing managers to learn leadership practices firsthand. You'll work on membership sales and relationship building, assist with operational standards, and may take on supervised acting managerial shifts as part of your learning. While this part-time position has no direct reports and won't hold you accountable for location KPIs, it's explicitly built as a stepping stone into management.
The role calls for at least six months of prior leadership experience, ideally in fitness or customer service, along with strong communication and organizational skills. You'll need to demonstrate the ability to inspire and collaborate in a fast-paced environment and bring genuine passion for fitness. The position reports to a Regional Manager and works closely with District and Gym Managers across the organization.
Compensation is fixed at $58,656 annually. Benefits include a free gym membership for you and one family member, discounted personal training and merchandise, health and dental coverage (eligibility dependent on tenure and employment status), 401(k) with company matching, and access to Daily Pay. This is an investment in your growth within EōS Fitness' leadership pipeline rather than a role with bonus earning potential.
