About this role
Inorsa is seeking a Wireless Solutions Architect to serve as the technical bridge between their AI-powered automation platform and telecom customers navigating infrastructure transformation. You'll be the primary technical advisor for multiple accounts, guiding wireless engineers through adoption of Inorsa's tools while translating their real-world workflows back to the product team. This role demands deep expertise in wireless telecom—CAD drafting, equipment specifications, tower infrastructure, and operator workflows—combined with the ability to design account-specific implementation strategies and build internal champions who drive broader adoption.
The position sits at the intersection of customer success and product development. You'll mentor team members on industry best practices, provide structured feedback on product direction, and communicate complex technical concepts to both C-suite executives and hands-on engineers. Success requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication across audiences, and genuine enthusiasm for disrupting how telecom infrastructure gets built. This is an in-office role in Austin, backed by top-tier venture capital and positioned within one of the fastest-growing companies in engineering tech.
The role suits someone with proven experience in a technical, client-facing wireless telecom role—ideally with hands-on CAD and infrastructure knowledge. Background in computer science, cloud technologies, or software onboarding would strengthen your candidacy, though not required.
