About this role
Jordan Park's two-year Financial Analyst program offers broad exposure to wealth management across client advisory, investment, and operations. You'd support high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions by generating investment reports, conducting financial planning and macroeconomic research, performing due diligence on third-party managers, and managing day-to-day portfolio operations. The role involves working across multiple systems and teams—from custodians to tax and legal advisors—while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive client information.
This position suits someone early in their career (0–3 years of experience) who combines strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data systems with genuine interpersonal ability. You should be comfortable learning on the job, solving problems creatively, and understanding how operational details connect to the firm's broader client mission. A background in finance, economics, or business is helpful but not required; what matters more is your ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate clearly across different stakeholder groups, and take accountability for accuracy.
The role is based in San Francisco and requires in-office presence. Compensation starts at $100,000 annually with discretionary bonus, and benefits include fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, generous paid time off, commuter benefits, fitness reimbursement, and an annual professional development stipend. High performers can extend into a third year as Senior Analyst and potentially transition into other functional areas within the firm.
