About this role
Bird is looking for an Operations Partner to manage the day-to-day logistics of its e-scooter fleet in Denver. Working closely with the local City Operations Manager, you'll handle charging, deployment, rebalancing, and maintenance of vehicles to keep scooters available and ready for riders across the city. This is hands-on work that requires strong execution, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while staying organized across multiple moving pieces.
The role demands someone with a self-starter mentality, solid local geography knowledge, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly while standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. You'll need a registered business LLC, valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and the ability to obtain general liability and commercial auto insurance within 30 days of starting. It suits someone who thrives with autonomy, wants to own their work, and is energized by the variety and problem-solving that comes with keeping a mobile fleet running smoothly in a growing city.
