- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
- Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Willing to learn and execute company standards
- Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs
- Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain)
- Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required)

Success in this position requires comfort with door-to-door canvassing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You'll need a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, an active LLC and EIN (or willingness to establish one), and the physical capability to climb ladders and safely assess roofs. While previous sales experience is helpful, the company prioritizes motivated self-starters with solid organizational skills and a results-driven mindset over prior background.
Compensation is performance-based with uncapped earning potential tied directly to your sales. You'll have access to Stronghouse's training materials, product knowledge resources, and marketing tools to support your efforts, but the income you generate depends entirely on your ability to close deals and manage your business effectively.
