Under the direction of the Executive Director, Clinical Nurse Manager, or Clinical Nurse Director, the WelbeHealth Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager II is accountable for organizing and directing the day-to-day RN Case Manager program.
This role may also involve overseeing clinic staff and coordinating clinic flow to ensure effective WelbeHealth clinical services are provided, and quality of care standards are met. Requirements
include: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with unencumbered RN license with which you practice required; bachelor’s degree (BSN) preferred One (1) year of supervisory experience with demonstrated aptitude to mentor and develop team members preferred Minimum of two (2) years of case management, care coordination, or related specialty experience Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families, and IDT members Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects Highly motivated, inspirational leader who can engage, support, and remove barriers for the team to ensure the team consistently meet established goals We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager II that ideally has case management and clinical/urgent care experience.
