About this role
Specialty1 Partners is recruiting an Endodontist for their established Austin practice, which operates with a strong referral network and modern clinical infrastructure including CBCT and digital workflows. You would work full-time in a high-volume setting with consistent case flow, maintaining clinical autonomy while supported by an experienced team. The role offers immediate production opportunity and a clear path for growth within an expanding organization.
The position requires a DDS or DMD with completion of an accredited Endodontics program and eligibility for Texas dental licensure. U.S. or Canadian applicants are welcome; the practice provides relocation support and licensure assistance, with sponsorship options potentially available. This suits an endodontist seeking a stable, technology-enabled practice with established patient flow rather than a startup environment.
Austin's appeal includes no state income tax, rapid economic growth, strong outdoor recreation, and an expanding healthcare community. The role is in-office and full-time with no remote component.
