About this role

Monster Energy's Consumer Engagement Ambassador role puts you on the front lines of the brand's marketing efforts across New Orleans. You'll drive product trial through street-level sampling, set up point-of-sale materials at retail locations, support event activations from setup to teardown, and help merchandise products at key accounts. The work is hands-on and varied—one day you might be sampling at a high-energy event, the next managing warehouse inventory or assisting with trade shows alongside the sales team.

This is a part-time position (up to 30 hours weekly) that demands physical stamina and reliability. You'll need to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and commit to at least one shift per week consistently. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, as is comfort driving a lifted pickup truck in urban and highway conditions. You must be 21 or older, pass a background check, and maintain professional appearance and communication at all times.

The role suits someone energized by direct consumer interaction and brand representation who can work independently while staying responsive to team leadership. If you thrive in dynamic, event-driven environments and want hands-on involvement in how a major brand connects with its community, this position offers real visibility into Monster's marketing operations.
