About this role
Zscaler is seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Administrator to lead the evolution of its collaboration and AI infrastructure in a hybrid Denver role. You'll own the strategic vision and technical implementation of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments while pioneering the integration of AI-powered collaboration platforms like Gemini for Enterprise and Claude Co-Work. This means designing secure solutions, automating identity and access governance, and ensuring compliance in high-stakes FedRAMP environments—all while building operational readiness for emerging AI tools that will shape how the company works over the next decade.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years managing Google Workspace and MS365 at scale, with hands-on scripting experience and a track record in agentic development and API integration. You'll need proven expertise in FedRAMP compliance, identity governance, and automated user provisioning, plus the ability to navigate ambiguity and move with urgency. This role rewards those who are genuinely curious about AI adoption, comfortable building solutions in undefined spaces, and driven by data and evidence rather than assumptions.
The position offers a salary range of $124,000 to $155,000 and suits someone ready to operate at the intersection of enterprise security, cloud collaboration, and AI innovation—not someone looking for a traditional, well-defined administrator role.
