About this role

Corbins, part of the Nox Group, is looking for a Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish in Austin. You'll own the full P&L responsibility for each project, meaning you'll manage budgets, timelines, quality, and safety while building and maintaining client relationships. The role demands hands-on leadership of field teams, coordination across design and execution phases, and the ability to identify new business opportunities as projects progress.

This position requires at least five years of construction project management experience, ideally with a track record leading field-level staff through complex work. You'll need a solid grasp of construction practices and standards, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree or ten-plus years of relevant experience can substitute for formal education. Bilingual capability is valued but not required.

The role is in-office in Austin and involves physical demands—you may need to lift up to 50 pounds, operate vehicles or equipment, and spend time on job sites. As a safety-sensitive position, you'll undergo a drug test and background check. This suits someone who thrives managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously, has proven success delivering projects on time and budget, and is energized by working in the fast-paced industrial construction sector.
