What You’Ll Do
: The Construction Manager 2 is responsible for providing technical expertise in coordinating all field activities related to the construction of new homes per the Century Complete standards and processes. Maintain construction schedules, job site safety, erosion and sediment control standards, quality control, variance budgets, and customer What You Have: · Technical construction ability to manage construction resources and diagnose and resolve field problems. · People skills to handle conflict articulately and professionally with customers, building inspectors, and trade contractors.
· Ability to train trade contractors on construction techniques and field problem resolution. · Organizational aptitude for managing the scheduling of all construction resources. Your Education and Experience: · 3+ years of Construction Management experience in residential or multi-family construction in a high-production environment.

About this role
At Accenture, you'd oversee field construction operations for Century Complete, one of the nation's largest homebuilders. The role centers on coordinating all aspects of residential home construction—managing schedules, site safety, quality standards, and budgets while ensuring work meets Century Complete's established processes. You'll diagnose and resolve field problems as they arise, train trade contractors on techniques, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, inspectors, and contractors on site.
This position calls for someone with at least three years of construction management experience in high-volume residential or multi-family settings. You'll need strong technical construction knowledge, solid people skills to navigate conflicts professionally, and the organizational capability to juggle multiple resources and timelines. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, and you must obtain OSHA 10/30 certification within your first 90 days. The role is full-time and based in Jacksonville, Florida, with in-office work required.
