About this role
Focus Partners Wealth is looking for someone to bridge their advisory teams and WealthTech platforms—serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day platform support, troubleshooting, and advisor enablement. You'd handle everything from responding to advisor questions and providing training on tools like Orion or eMoney to coordinating with vendors on issue resolution and testing platform updates. The role requires you to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities, communicate clearly across internal teams and external partners, and develop deep expertise in the wealth management technology stack.
This is a good fit if you have one to three years in financial services, operations, or technology support and genuinely enjoy helping others navigate complex systems. You'll need strong organizational skills, comfort learning new platforms quickly, and a service-oriented mindset. Prior exposure to WealthTech platforms or experience supporting advisors is preferred but not required; what matters more is your ability to think analytically about process improvements and connect advisor feedback to root causes.
The position is based in St. Louis with a preference for three days on-site weekly, though remote work with occasional travel is negotiable. The salary range is $50,000–$60,000, plus annual bonus potential and standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
