Senior Campaign Manager - Yorkshire & North East

Role Overview

Reform UK is preparing for a general election by expanding the size of its campaign team.

A crucial part of the new structure will be Senior Campaign Managers.

Not only will the role encompass taking direct responsibility for the organisation of core ground campaign activities in a small number of key seats, it will also include responsibility for directly managing Campaign Managers who are performing the same tasks across other key seats.

Core ground campaign activities include collecting Voting Intention data, delivering literature and running GOTV and Polling Day operations. Identifying local government candidates will be important too.

To be successful in the role, you will need to be a natural people-person who is highly motivated and organised. Crucially, you’ll be capable of managing a team - leading by example, with a can-do attitude to fix problems and get the job done.

We are seeking Senior Campaign Managers across all parts of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Campaign Managers, ensuring they are focused on core ground campaign activities.
• Assessing progress against KPIs in order to deliver on the ground whilst also providing accurate and timely reporting.
• Bringing your experience of campaigning to ensure problems are solved proactively wherever possible.
• Lead and coordinate an ambitious but deliverable canvassing schedule within each of the seats in your area, ensuring high levels of accurate data is collected.
• Organise the delivery of HQ- designed literature in your seats.
• Work with branches to deliver both of the above.
• Work with branches to engage volunteers in campaign activity.
• Monitor campaign progress to ensure you are meeting the KPIs set for you by the Head of Campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to legal and electoral requirements.

What we're looking for:

• Strong alignment to Reform UK and its values (essential)
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills (essential).
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities (essential)
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines (essential)
• Experience in political campaigning & election management (essential)
• Knowledge of electoral law and timetables (essential)
• Experience of managing a team (desirable)

Applicant must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

About this role

Reform UK is building out its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and seeking Senior Campaign Managers to lead ground operations across key constituencies. This role combines hands-on campaign management with team leadership: you'd oversee a small number of target seats directly while managing other Campaign Managers doing the same work elsewhere in your region. Your responsibilities span the full campaign cycle—from canvassing and voter data collection through literature distribution to Get Out The Vote and polling day operations—plus identifying and supporting local government candidates.

Success in this position requires both campaign experience and proven ability to lead people. You'll need strong organisational skills to coordinate ambitious canvassing schedules, manage KPIs, and ensure legal compliance, alongside the interpersonal skills to motivate volunteers and Campaign Managers through high-pressure periods. The role demands someone with existing knowledge of electoral law and election management who can solve problems proactively and work effectively with local party branches.

This is a volunteer position based in Minneapolis, working in-office. You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Strong alignment with Reform UK's values is essential.
