About this role
Reform UK is building out its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and seeking Senior Campaign Managers to lead ground operations in key constituencies across the West Midlands. This role combines hands-on campaign management with team leadership: you'll oversee a small number of target seats directly while managing other Campaign Managers doing the same work elsewhere. Your responsibilities span the full campaign cycle—from designing and executing canvassing schedules to collecting voting intention data, coordinating literature delivery, running get-out-the-vote operations, and identifying local candidates. You'll also work closely with local branches to mobilize volunteers and ensure all activity stays within electoral law.
Success in this position demands strong organizational ability, excellent communication skills, and genuine political commitment to Reform UK's values. You'll need proven experience in political campaigning and election management, plus knowledge of electoral law and timetables. The role requires you to work under pressure, solve problems proactively, and lead by example—managing a team is listed as desirable but your ability to coordinate across multiple seats and keep activity on track against KPIs is essential. You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
This is a volunteer position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, requiring in-office attendance.
