About this role

Reform UK is building out its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and seeking Senior Campaign Managers to lead ground operations across key constituencies. Based in the South West region, you'd manage a team of Campaign Managers while directly overseeing core campaign activities—voter data collection, literature distribution, and get-out-the-vote operations—in a small number of priority seats. The role demands someone who can translate campaign strategy into execution, track progress against clear KPIs, and solve problems on the ground with a practical, can-do approach.

Success here requires strong organisational skills, political campaign experience, and a solid grasp of electoral law. You'll coordinate canvassing schedules, work with local branches to mobilise volunteers, and ensure all activity meets legal requirements while hitting targets set by the Head of Campaigns. This is a volunteer position based in Minneapolis, requiring you to hold a UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The role suits someone with proven campaign management experience who is deeply aligned with Reform UK's values and comfortable leading teams under pressure. You'll need to be a natural communicator and organiser capable of managing multiple priorities and reporting accurately on progress.
