About this role
Reform UK is building out its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and seeking experienced operatives to lead ground efforts across key constituencies. As Senior Campaign Manager for the North West, you would oversee core campaign activities—voter data collection, literature distribution, and get-out-the-vote operations—across a small cluster of target seats while also managing a team of Campaign Managers running similar work elsewhere. The role demands someone who can translate strategy into execution, track progress against clear KPIs, solve problems on the ground, and coordinate with local branches to mobilize volunteers.
This is a volunteer position suited to someone with proven political campaign experience and a solid grasp of electoral law. You'll need strong organisational skills, the ability to lead a team by example, and the resilience to work under pressure and tight deadlines. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. The role is based in Minneapolis but the job description references UK constituencies and branches, which may warrant clarification before applying.
