About this role
Reform UK is building out its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and seeking Senior Campaign Managers to lead ground operations across key constituencies in the London and South East region. This role combines hands-on campaign management with team leadership: you'll oversee a small number of target seats directly while managing other Campaign Managers doing the same work elsewhere. Your responsibilities span the full cycle of election activity—from designing and executing canvassing schedules to collecting voting intention data, coordinating literature distribution, and running get-out-the-vote and polling day operations. You'll also work with local branches to identify candidates and mobilize volunteers.
Success in this position requires both campaign expertise and people management capability. You need solid experience in political campaigning and election management, plus working knowledge of electoral law. The role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, and proven experience managing teams. You'll be accountable for tracking progress against KPIs and reporting to the Head of Campaigns, so accuracy and attention to detail matter. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
This is a volunteer position based in-office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It suits someone with genuine commitment to Reform UK's values and platform who is ready to take on substantial responsibility for delivering results in a fast-paced election environment.
