About this role

Reform UK is building out its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and seeking Senior Campaign Managers to lead ground operations across key constituencies in the East of England. This role combines hands-on campaign management with team leadership: you'll oversee a small group of Campaign Managers while also taking direct responsibility for core activities—voter data collection, literature distribution, and get-out-the-vote operations—across your assigned seats. You'll work closely with local branches to coordinate canvassing schedules, engage volunteers, and identify candidates, while tracking progress against KPIs and reporting to the Head of Campaigns.
