About this role
Reform UK is building out its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and seeking Senior Campaign Managers to lead ground operations in key seats across the East Midlands. This role combines hands-on campaign management with team leadership: you'll oversee a small number of target constituencies yourself while managing Campaign Managers running similar operations elsewhere. Your responsibilities span the full campaign cycle—from coordinating canvassing schedules and voter data collection to organizing literature distribution, running get-out-the-vote efforts, and identifying local candidates. You'll also work closely with local branches to mobilize volunteers and ensure all activity stays within electoral law.
Success in this position demands both campaign experience and proven people management skills. You need strong organizational abilities, the capacity to work at pace under pressure, and a solid grasp of electoral law and timelines. Beyond the mechanics, the role calls for someone who leads by example, solves problems proactively, and can keep multiple teams focused on measurable KPIs. Alignment with Reform UK's values is non-negotiable.
This is a volunteer position based in Minneapolis, requiring an in-office presence and a UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
