About this role
Reform UK is building its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and seeks a Campaign Manager to lead ground operations across a defined set of Parliamentary constituencies in Wiltshire. This is a volunteer position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, requiring in-office work.
The role is fundamentally about execution: you'll organize canvassing schedules to collect voting intention data, coordinate literature distribution, mobilize volunteers through local branches, and manage Get Out The Vote and Polling Day operations. You'll track progress against KPIs set by the Head of Campaigns and ensure all activity complies with electoral law. This is not a strategic, fundraising, communications, or media role—it's focused entirely on the mechanics of ground campaigning.
Success requires strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure on tight deadlines. The organization emphasizes that commitment to Reform UK and its values is essential; applicants should be prepared to demonstrate this conviction in their application. Prior experience in political campaigning or knowledge of electoral law is desirable. You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
