Description

Campaign Manager - West Yorkshire

Role Overview

Reform UK is preparing for a general election by increasing its number of full-time Campaign Managers.

In applying for this role, please be aware this is not merely a job. It’s a mission.

We will expect any applicant to be someone completely committed to the Party, and able to demonstrate this in their CV and/or covering letter.

To be successful in the role, you will need to be a natural people-person who is highly motivated and organised.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the ground campaigns within a defined set of Parliamentary constituencies.

The role focuses on the organisation of core ground campaign activities: the collection of Voting Intention data, delivering literature, and running GOTV and Polling Day operations. Identifying local government candidates will be important too.

You will not have the responsibility for setting strategy, raising funds, engaging with the press or running social media. This is a role focused on ground campaigning, pure and simple.

We are seeking Campaign Managers across all parts of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate an ambitious but deliverable canvassing schedule within each of the seats in your area, ensuring high levels of accurate data is collected.
• Organise the delivery of HQ- designed literature in your seats.
• Work with branches to deliver both of the above.
• Work with branches to engage volunteers in campaign activity.
• Monitor campaign progress to ensure you are meeting the KPIs set for you by the Head of Campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to legal and electoral requirements.

What we're looking for:

• Strong alignment to Reform UK and its values (essential)
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills (essential).
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities (essential)
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines (essential)
• Experience in political campaigning & election management (desirable)
• Knowledge of electoral law and timetables (desirable)

Applicant must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

About this role

Reform UK is building out its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and seeking a Campaign Manager to run ground operations across West Yorkshire parliamentary constituencies. This is a volunteer position focused entirely on the mechanics of campaigning: coordinating canvassing schedules to collect voting intention data, organizing literature distribution, managing Get Out The Vote and Polling Day operations, and identifying local government candidates. You'll work closely with local branches to engage volunteers and track progress against KPIs set by the Head of Campaigns, while ensuring all activity complies with electoral law.

The role demands someone deeply committed to Reform UK's mission and values, with strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple moving parts under pressure. Prior experience in political campaigning or knowledge of electoral law is desirable but not essential; what matters most is the ability to coordinate volunteers, deliver accurate data collection, and hit tight deadlines. You'll need a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to cover your assigned area. This is not a strategic, fundraising, or media-facing role—it's hands-on ground campaign work suited to someone who thrives on execution and logistics rather than policy or communications.
