About this role
Reform UK is building its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and seeking a Campaign Manager to run ground operations across a defined set of Parliamentary constituencies in Suffolk. This is a volunteer position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, requiring in-office work.
The role is fundamentally about execution: you'll manage canvassing schedules, oversee the collection of voting intention data, coordinate literature delivery, and organize Get Out The Vote and Polling Day operations. You'll work closely with local branches to engage volunteers and monitor progress against KPIs set by the Head of Campaigns, while ensuring all activity complies with electoral law. This is not a strategic, fundraising, press, or social media role—it's focused entirely on the mechanics of ground campaigning.
Success requires strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure against tight deadlines. You'll need to demonstrate genuine commitment to Reform UK and its values. Prior experience in political campaigning or knowledge of electoral law is desirable. You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
