Description
Campaign Manager - Hampshire & Isle of Wight
Role Overview
Reform UK is preparing for a general election by increasing its number of full-time Campaign Managers.
In applying for this role, please be aware this is not merely a job. It’s a mission.
We will expect any applicant to be someone completely committed to the Party, and able to demonstrate this in their CV and/or covering letter.
To be successful in the role, you will need to be a natural people-person who is highly motivated and organised.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the ground campaigns within a defined set of Parliamentary constituencies.
The role focuses on the organisation of core ground campaign activities: the collection of Voting Intention data, delivering literature, and running GOTV and Polling Day operations. Identifying local government candidates will be important too.
You will not have the responsibility for setting strategy, raising funds, engaging with the press or running social media. This is a role focused on ground campaigning, pure and simple.
We are seeking Campaign Managers across all parts of the UK.

About this role
Reform UK is building its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and seeking committed Campaign Managers to lead ground operations across defined parliamentary constituencies. This volunteer role based in Minneapolis focuses entirely on the mechanics of electoral campaigning: organizing canvassing schedules to collect voting intention data, coordinating literature distribution, managing Get Out The Vote and Polling Day operations, and identifying local government candidates. You'll work closely with local branches to engage volunteers and monitor progress against KPIs set by the Head of Campaigns, while ensuring all activity complies with electoral law.
This role demands someone genuinely committed to Reform UK's mission and values—the organization explicitly states this is not simply employment but a cause. You'll need strong organizational and administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines. Prior experience in political campaigning or knowledge of electoral law is desirable but not essential. You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to cover your area effectively.
The role is deliberately narrow in scope: you won't be involved in strategy, fundraising, press engagement, or social media. If you thrive on coordinating complex logistics, motivating volunteers, and executing tactical campaign activities on the ground, and you're prepared to invest yourself fully in the party's election effort, this could be the right fit.
