About this role
Reform UK is building its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and is seeking a Campaign Manager to run ground operations across a defined set of Parliamentary constituencies in Devon. This is a volunteer position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, requiring in-office work.
You'll own the day-to-day execution of canvassing, literature distribution, and get-out-the-vote operations within your assigned seats. The role demands strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate with local branches to mobilise volunteers, collect voting intention data, and track progress against set KPIs. You won't be setting strategy, handling media, or fundraising—this is purely about delivering effective ground campaigns and ensuring compliance with electoral law.
The organisation is explicit that this role requires genuine commitment to Reform UK's values and mission. You'll need a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. While prior experience in political campaigning and knowledge of electoral law are desirable, the essentials are excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and demonstrated alignment with the party.
