About this role
Reform UK is building its ground campaign operation ahead of a general election and seeking a Campaign Manager to run field operations across a defined set of Parliamentary constituencies in Cornwall. This is a volunteer role based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, working in-office.
Your focus will be entirely on ground-level campaign execution: organizing canvassing schedules to collect voting intention data, coordinating literature delivery, mobilizing local volunteers, and managing Get Out The Vote and Polling Day operations. You'll also help identify local government candidates for your area. The role requires you to work closely with local branches, track progress against KPIs set by the Head of Campaigns, and ensure all activity complies with electoral law. You won't be involved in strategy, fundraising, press relations, or social media—this is hands-on campaign logistics.
Success in this role demands strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Most importantly, Reform UK expects genuine commitment to the party and its values, which you'll need to demonstrate clearly in your application. Prior experience in political campaigning or knowledge of electoral law is desirable. You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
