Description
Campaign Manager - Bedfordshire and Cambs
Role Overview
Reform UK is preparing for a general election by increasing its number of full-time Campaign Managers.
In applying for this role, please be aware this is not merely a job. It’s a mission.
We will expect any applicant to be someone completely committed to the Party, and able to demonstrate this in their CV and/or covering letter.
To be successful in the role, you will need to be a natural people-person who is highly motivated and organised.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the ground campaigns within a defined set of Parliamentary constituencies.
The role focuses on the organisation of core ground campaign activities: the collection of Voting Intention data, delivering literature, and running GOTV and Polling Day operations. Identifying local government candidates will be important too.
You will not have the responsibility for setting strategy, raising funds, engaging with the press or running social media. This is a role focused on ground campaigning, pure and simple.
We are seeking Campaign Managers across all parts of the UK.

About this role
Reform UK is building its campaign infrastructure ahead of a general election and seeking volunteer Campaign Managers to lead ground operations in specific regions. This role is explicitly framed as a mission rather than employment—the organization expects deep personal commitment to the party and its values, which should be evident in your application materials. If you're drawn to electoral politics and want hands-on involvement in a campaign, this is a direct path to that work.
Your responsibilities would center entirely on ground campaigning logistics: coordinating canvassing schedules across your assigned Parliamentary constituencies, organizing literature distribution, recruiting and managing volunteers, and collecting voting intention data. You'd also help identify local government candidates and track progress against campaign KPIs while ensuring compliance with electoral law. This is operational work—you won't be involved in strategy, fundraising, media, or social media. Success requires strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate clearly with volunteers and party branches, and resilience under deadline pressure. Prior political campaign experience and knowledge of electoral law are valued but not required.
The role is based in Minneapolis and requires in-office work, a valid UK driving licence, and access to a vehicle. As a volunteer position, it's unpaid. This suits someone with genuine commitment to Reform UK's platform who can dedicate sustained effort to the practical mechanics of campaigning.
