What You Need
✔️ Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) - Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
✔️ 6-12 months of recent sales, outbound calling, lead generation, retail sales, or phone-based customer service experience

About this role
Weploy is hiring a Sales Consultant to work in their Melbourne office on a full-time basis. You'll be placed with one of their client brands to drive sales through outbound calling, lead qualification, and relationship building. The role involves hitting sales targets and KPIs while understanding customer needs and providing solutions tailored to them. You'll receive full training from day one and work within a supportive, high-performing team.
To succeed in this position, you'll need 6 to 12 months of recent experience in sales, outbound calling, lead generation, retail, or phone-based customer service. The job demands a results-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be available full-time Monday to Friday, and if you're a visa holder, you'll need to be eligible for full-time work in Australia.
