Ground Logistics is now hiring Full-Time FedEx Delivery Drivers in the Colonial Heights, VA area. You’ll be delivering to local homes and businesses — no long hauls, no CDL required!

Starting Pay: $160 to $180/day
Schedule: Full-time (up to 5 days/week) or part-time available

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Start each day at 8:00 AM at the Colonial Heights terminal
- Load packages into your company-provided step van/box truck
- Deliver to local homes and businesses — route is done when all packages are delivered
- Scan & log packages, unload as needed
- Enjoy being active and outdoors while working
What We’re Looking For:
- Clean driving record & at least 21 years old
- Able to pass drug test, background check, and DOT medical exam
- Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs (150 lbs with a cart)
- Comfortable delivering 100+ stops/day
- Must live within 25 minutes of Colonial Heights, VA

The role involves loading packages into a company van each morning at 8:00 AM, then delivering to local homes and businesses—typically 100+ stops per day—until your route is complete. You'll scan and log packages, handle unloading as needed, and stay active outdoors throughout your shift. No CDL is required, and routes are local with no long-haul driving.
The position calls for at least one year of verifiable driving experience within the past three years (delivery, rideshare, courier, or similar work all count), a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds regularly. You must be 21 or older, pass a drug test and background check, and live within 25 minutes of the terminal. Ground Logistics offers weekly pay at $160–$180 per day, paid training, company uniforms, and a benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and free telemedicine access.
