Ground Logistics is now hiring Full-Time & Part-Time FedEx Delivery Drivers in the White Marsh, MD area. You’ll be delivering to local homes and businesses — no long hauls, no CDL required!

Starting Pay: $160 to $180/day
Schedule: Full-time (up to 5 days/week) or part-time available

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Start each day at 8:00 AM at the White Marsh terminal
- Load packages into your company-provided step van/box truck
- Deliver to local homes and businesses — route is done when all packages are delivered
- Scan & log packages, unload as needed
- Enjoy being active and outdoors while working
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years (any delivery, truck, courier, rideshare, etc.)
- Clean driving record & at least 21 years old
- Able to pass drug test, background check, and DOT medical exam
- Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs (150 lbs with a cart)
- Comfortable delivering 100+ stops/day
- Must live within 25 minutes of White Marsh, MD

Ground Logistics is hiring delivery drivers for its White Marsh terminal to handle FedEx Ground routes serving local homes and businesses. The work is straightforward: you'll load a company step van each morning at 8 AM, deliver 100+ stops per day, and scan packages as you go. No CDL is required, and routes are local with no long-haul driving. The role suits someone comfortable being active outdoors and physically handling packages up to 100 pounds (or 150 with a cart).
You'll need at least one year of recent driving experience—delivery, rideshare, courier, or similar work all count—plus a clean driving record, valid ID, and the ability to pass a drug test, background check, and DOT medical exam. You must live within 25 minutes of White Marsh. Full-time positions run up to five days per week at $160–$180 per day, with part-time also available.
