As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. The Live-In Caregiver is present in the home and available to provide assistance intermittently throughout a 24 hour period. Earn up to $1,600 per week. Qualifications for Live-In / HHA:
- Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience with anther Home Health Care agency, Hospital or Facility OR Nursing Student who has completed their Clinical Rotations
- Live- In experience preferred

BAYADA offers Live-Ins / HHAs:
- Base Pay: $ 200 / Daily
- Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Job Responsibilities for Live-In / HHA:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
- Remain in the home for each 24-hour period, as assigned by clinical manager.

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Live-In Caregivers to provide in-home support to clients across Montgomery and Chester counties. In this role, you'll live in a client's home and be available throughout a 24-hour period to assist with daily activities—bathing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and mobility support using proper lifting techniques. You'll also monitor vital signs and perform light exercises as needed. The position offers weekly pay at $200 per day (up to $1,600 per week), flexible scheduling matched to your location, and 24/7 clinical manager support.
To qualify, you'll need at least one year of direct home care experience from a home health agency, hospital, or facility, or you can be a nursing student who has completed clinical rotations. Live-in experience is preferred, though BAYADA will provide training if you don't meet all qualifications.
