About this role

BRPH, a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm with over 60 years of experience, is seeking a Structural Engineer (PE) to join its Orlando office. You would work on a diverse range of projects—from facility assessments and renovations to complex new construction—across aerospace, defense, commercial, education, entertainment, and other sectors. The role offers genuine variety: you'll lead structural design on routine and moderately complex projects, perform detailed analysis and construction documents using tools like RISA, RAM, and Revit, coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, and handle construction administration from shop drawing reviews to site observations.

This position suits someone with four to eight years of building design experience who is ready to take on independent ownership of projects while also developing junior staff. You'll need an active PE license, proficiency with structural analysis software and CAD platforms, and strong judgment about practical, constructible solutions. The company emphasizes mentorship and progressive responsibility, so there's a clear path to grow your technical and leadership capabilities. As an employee-owned firm, BRPH invests in its people through training and meaningful project involvement rather than transactional work.

The role requires in-office presence in Orlando and U.S. citizenship due to potential security clearance requirements on some projects. If you're a licensed structural engineer looking to expand your portfolio across multiple market sectors while building a team around you, this is a substantive opportunity with an established, technically focused firm.
