About this role
At iCapital, this Product Specialist role sits at the intersection of client management and platform enablement within the Solutions team. You'd own relationships with asset managers and financial institutions, guiding them through onboarding, training them on the platform's alternative investment and compliance capabilities, and driving adoption across the client lifecycle. The work balances relationship building with operational execution—managing renewals, supporting upsells, maintaining Salesforce records, and staying current on regulatory requirements that shape how clients use iCapital's solutions.
The ideal candidate brings two to five years in client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services. You'll need strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, solid organizational ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously, and hands-on Salesforce experience. This is a role for someone who thrives on direct client interaction and sees relationship growth as both a strategic and operational responsibility.
The position is based in Salt Lake City and in-office Monday through Thursday, with Friday remote flexibility. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 base, plus equity, performance bonus, and a benefits package that includes matched retirement, employer-paid dental and vision, telemedicine, parental leave, and unlimited PTO.
