Parts Warehouse Coordinator
Reports to: Parts Store Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
The Opportunity
Texas AirSystems is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Parts Warehouse Coordinator.
This role goes beyond traditional warehouse duties. The position is responsible for accurately managing shipping and receiving, inventory, and customer orders while providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
- Manage shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory activities.
- Accurately pull, verify, and stage orders for customer will-call, delivery, and shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system transactions.
- Load and unload customer orders and incoming deliveries.
- Provide professional and friendly service to internal and external customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and showroom.
- Use company computer systems to process orders and inventory transactions.
- Communicate inventory, order, and shipment issues to appropriate team members.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and follow tasks through completion.
- Support coworkers and assist wherever needed to meet customer and business needs.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime/weekends when required.
The Required Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn inventory and order-processing systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, accountable, and willing to take ownership.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to operate a forklift and maintain certification.

Salary ranges listed are dependent upon a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the specific role and location.
