About this role
Working in federal technology services, you'd support application migration projects by turning complex data into actionable intelligence for government clients. The role sits at the intersection of technical analysis and stakeholder communication—you'd collect and validate data from multiple sources, perform statistical analysis to identify patterns and risks, then translate findings into dashboards, reports, and presentations for audiences ranging from technical teams to leadership. Success means helping the organization make informed decisions at every stage of migration, from planning through post-implementation evaluation.
The position requires five years of data analytics experience and a Secret security clearance. You'll need strong technical skills in SQL, Python, or R for data preparation, plus hands-on expertise building visualizations in tools like Tableau or Power BI. Beyond the technical toolkit, the role expects you to work effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences. You'll operate within Agile frameworks, participating in sprints and ceremonies while defining and tracking KPIs that measure migration success.
