Work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for Live-In Caregivers / Home Health Aides to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. The Live-In Caregiver is present in the home and available to provide assistance intermittently throughout a 24 hour period.
We have current job openings for Live-In Caregivers in the following locations:
- Delaware County
- Chester County
- Montgomery County
- Philadelphia County
Job Responsibilities:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
- Remain in the home for each 24-hour period, as assigned by clinical manager.

- Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for Live-In / HHA:
- Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience with another Home Health agency, Hospital or facility, OR Nursing Student who have completed their Clinical Rotations
- Live-In experience preferred.

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Live-In Caregivers to provide 24-hour in-home support to clients in Delaware and Chester counties. You'll live in clients' homes and be available throughout each day to assist with personal care—bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers—as well as vital sign monitoring and medication reminders. The role also includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, and helping clients with mobility and daily activities. You'll work closely with a clinical manager who provides around-the-clock support.
The position requires at least one year of direct home care experience from a home health agency, hospital, or facility, or completion of nursing clinical rotations. If you don't meet these requirements, BAYADA offers training. The company offers competitive weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and 24/7 clinical support. If you average 30 hours per week over three months, you're eligible for group medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits; those working fewer hours have access to minimum coverage plans.
