Operations

Metis is scaling rapidly—150% month-over-month growth, six-figure monthly revenue in just six weeks—and this Operations role puts you at the nerve center of that execution. You'll own the data and operational workflows that keep the company running, turning messy, ambiguous processes into repeatable systems. The work spans QA checks, process refinement, playbook building, lightweight dashboards, and close partnership with technical and product teams to identify and fix bottlenecks before they become problems.

This is a role for someone detail-oriented and comfortable in chaos. You'll track throughput, quality, cost, and timeliness across key workflows, surface insights to leadership, and help scale processes as the team grows. The ideal candidate has 0–3 years in startups, consulting, or operations, with some exposure to data-driven workflows—whether that's data ops, labeling, evaluation, or support work. You need strong project management instincts, the ability to stay organized under pressure, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.

The San Francisco office is in-person, and the package includes a $80k–$450k base, significant equity, full health coverage, a $25k housing stipend, wellness stipend, Equinox membership, and unlimited meals.
