About this role
Leading a fostering team at a progressive Kent local authority, you'd focus on supervision and team development rather than carrying your own caseload. Reporting to the Team Manager, you'd support a small group of social workers, emphasizing manageable workloads, reflective practice, and safeguarding excellence—working within an organization genuinely committed to staff wellbeing and professional growth.
