About this role
Liquid Personnel is seeking an Advanced Practitioner for a Safeguarding Team in South London—a hybrid role designed for an experienced Senior Social Worker ready to step into leadership. You'll carry a complex caseload of child protection, pre-proceedings, and court cases while taking on management responsibilities, including deputizing for the Team Leader and mentoring social workers through court work and permanency planning. The role requires current Social Work England registration, a degree in Social Work or equivalent, and proven experience in child protection and court work. You'll support the team in meeting regulatory standards and developing evidence-based practice, while the organization invests in your development through tailored induction, learning opportunities, and a generous Local Government Pension Scheme. The package includes a £3,000 welcome bonus, £3,000 monthly market supplement, 29 days' leave rising to 35 after four years, and hybrid working flexibility.
