Liquid Personnel are proud to be supporting Medway Council in recruiting Social Workers and Experienced Social Workers to join their Children in Care Team on a permanent basis.

- Salary of £39,823 – £47,434 per annum plus market premia and retention payments (DOE)
- Potential earnings of up to £52,934 per annum (DOE)
- Relocation package of up to £8,000

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of children and young people within the Children in Care Team
- Complete statutory visits, assessments, care planning and permanence planning
- Undertake direct work with children and ensure their voices are central to decision-making
- Work collaboratively with families, carers and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
For This Role You Will Need
- A recognised Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration
- Successful completion of the ASYE programme and experience within statutory children's services
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Strong assessment, safeguarding and relationship-building skills
