Forklift certification is mandatory within 60 days if you don't already hold it. You'll need solid PC skills and the physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly, work in varied temperatures, climb in and out of equipment, and spend extended periods in prone positions under vehicles. The work environment includes noise, fumes, and harsh substances as standard conditions.
Hawthorne offers competitive pay at $47.65 per hour, medical and dental coverage, a 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and boot reimbursement. This is a temporary role, so clarify the expected duration before applying if that matters to your plans.
