  • Lead campaign planning and prioritization, ensuring timely launches and high-quality execution across multiple projects

Who You Are

  • You have +6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and other social paid platforms
  • You have proven ownership, able to lead projects end-to-end, with accountability over results
  • You are highly organised and methodical, with strong execution and attention to detail
  • You have a proficient/bilingual level of English. A second language is a plus
  • You have a marketing background

Why You´ll Love it

  • Attractive compensation package with room to grow.

About this role

Fever operates a global platform connecting hundreds of millions of people monthly with live entertainment and cultural experiences, and this role puts you at the center of that growth engine. As Marketing Strategy Associate, you'll own the commercial performance of your experience portfolio from launch through optimization, acting as the strategic lead who coordinates campaigns across social channels like Meta and TikTok while aligning internal teams around unified goals. This isn't a hands-off coordinator position—you'll drive end-to-end accountability for digital campaign performance, identify scaling opportunities through data analysis, and bridge creative vision with measurable results.

The role demands someone with at least six years of digital marketing experience, particularly with paid social platforms, who thrives on ownership and execution. You'll need strong organizational skills, methodical thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects involving sales, design, content, and media teams. Proficiency in English is essential, and a second language is valued.

Beyond the work itself, Fever offers substantial benefits including 12% superannuation contributions, private health insurance, ClassPass membership, language learning support, and a 40% discount on all events. The position is based in Melbourne with a hybrid arrangement, placing you within an international, young team building the future of how people discover live entertainment.
