About this role
EOLA Power, a recognized leader in critical power systems, is building out a new Electrical Contracting division and seeking a Master Electrician to lead it. This role combines hands-on field work with department leadership—you'll oversee installations and repairs of UPS systems, transfer switches, and generators while simultaneously building and managing a team of electricians and apprentices. The position requires someone who can move between the technical details of complex electrical troubleshooting and the strategic work of growing a new business line, all while ensuring compliance with NEC codes and local regulations.
You'll need a current Florida Master Electrician License and at least 10 years of commercial electrical experience, ideally with critical power systems in data centers, hospitals, or similar facilities. Beyond technical expertise, the role demands proven leadership ability and comfort managing large-scale projects from planning through execution. You'll also interface with clients, engineers, and vendors, so strong communication and relationship-building skills matter as much as your electrical knowledge.
EOLA Power offers standard benefits including 401K matching, health coverage, and paid time off, plus company-paid certifications in OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and CPR. The company has been named to the Inc. 5000 list and certified as a Great Place To Work both in 2025 and 2026, with 100% of recent employee survey respondents rating it positively.
