Supervise and coordinate activities of construction trades workers and perform construction duties as described below
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate activities of construction trades workers.
- Direct and lead workers engaged in construction activities.
- Assign work to employees, using material and worker requirements data.
- Confer with staff and workers to ensure production and resolve personnel problems.
- Suggest and initiate personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, and hires.
- Analyze and resolve worker problems and recommend motivational plans.
- Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and ensure that specifications are met.
- Estimate material and worker requirements to complete job.
- Read specifications, such as blueprints and data, to determine construction requirements.
- Analyze and plan installation and construction of equipment and structures.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Eight to 15 years of industry-related experience.
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher.
- May be required to travel up to 25% to 50% of the time to project site.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

About this role

This position requires eight to 15 years of construction industry experience, a high school diploma or GED, and current HAZWOPER certifications (40-hour and 8-hour refresher). You should be comfortable with frequent travel—up to 25 to 50 percent of the time—to project sites. The salary range is $75,000 to $90,000, and ERRG emphasizes hands-on training and career growth opportunities for its people. A background check and drug screening are required.
