Mid-Level -All-Source Analyst (HUMINT Focus) – Reachback Minimum
Required Qualifications
• Education – Associates degree AND four years of DoD specialized training PLUS • Experience – at least four years analytical experience (of which at least two years are CI/HUMINT/intelligence analysis experience) at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, OR USMC– 0205 Master Analyst, 0211Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst OR U.S. Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist OR USAF – 14NX Intelligence Officer or 1N1XX Operations Intelligence, 1N771, Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst OR other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes PLUS • Clearance – Current TS/SCI within the last five years OR Open Periodic Reinv estiga tion (PR) • OR enrolled in Continuous Evaluation (CE) with a current CI scope Polygraph – (with minimum one year currency) OR willing to undergo CI scope Polygraph prior to deployment PLUS Special skills or

About this role
Bizzell Corporation is seeking a mid-level analyst with hands-on HUMINT and counterintelligence experience to support operations under CJTF-OIR from a remote location in Jacksonville. This role demands someone with at least four years of analytical work at the tactical or operational level within DoD, including a minimum of two years specifically in CI/HUMINT analysis. You'll need the relevant military intelligence background (former 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent service codes), a current TS/SCI clearance or active PR/CE status, and a CI-scope polygraph with at least one year currency.
Your day-to-day work will center on developing all-source association matrices and link diagrams for individuals flagged in reporting, assessing potential CI threats, insider threats, and Green on Blue incidents, and analyzing HUMINT and CI operations across Iraq, Syria, Jordan, and Southwest Asia. You'll construct Priority Intelligence Requirements and Host Nation Information Requirements analysis, perform counter-terrorism and political-military analysis as tasked, and brief complex findings clearly to stakeholders. The role requires strong research, writing, and analytical skills, proficiency with standard intelligence automation tools, and the ability to function effectively as part of a distributed analytical team.
This position suits analysts with deployed experience in Iraq, Afghanistan, or the broader SWA region and those with four years of CI/HUMINT work. A bachelor's degree and experience assessing source credibility through corroboration and feedback are highly valued but not required.
