Patients Come First.
Every decision we make is anchored in strengthening patient care. Our physicians lead with a commitment to quality, access, and outcomes, and our shared infrastructure ensures they have the tools, data, and support to continually elevate care in every community we serve.
A Physician-Led Organization at Every Level.
Our model is built on physician leadership. Through our Physician Executive Committee, Regional Clinical Governance Boards, and Local Head Physicians, clinical decision-making remains with those who deliver care. This physician-led structure, supported by national-scale resources, preserves autonomy while strengthening specialty excellence.
True Partnership That Enables Physicians to Focus on Patients.
Instead of a traditional management model, we operate as a Management Services Organization (MSO). Our national infrastructure, which includes analytics, technology, revenue cycle, compliance, and operational support, reduces administrative burden so physicians can devote their time and expertise to patients. We enable, we support, and we align. We do not manage.
Outcomes Matter.
Our leadership is driven by the measurable value we deliver to physicians, practices, and patients. Our partnership-first approach, combined with data insights and operational strength, has fueled significant clinical, operational, and practice growth. As more top-tier physicians join our specialty-led ecosystem, we continue to expand access and raise the standard of specialty-care nationwide.

About this role
Arizona Digestive Health in Tucson is seeking a gastroenterologist to join a physician-led practice backed by GI Alliance's national infrastructure. The role offers a structured entry path: two years as an employed physician with a protected base salary and performance bonuses, followed by a direct track into partnership with ownership opportunities in the affiliated ambulatory surgery center. You'll have input into clinical direction and practice decisions while benefiting from centralized support in revenue cycle, compliance, technology, and operations—allowing you to focus primarily on patient care rather than administrative management.
The practice balances clinic and hospital work with flexibility to pursue general gastroenterology or subspecialty interests. Call is shared and sustainable among colleagues. Compensation includes a signing bonus, relocation allowance, and annual CME stipend, with the potential for additional revenue streams through partnership equity and ancillary income once you transition to ownership.
Tucson offers a distinctive lifestyle: 350+ days of sunshine, mild winters, proximity to hiking and cycling, and a lower cost of living than Phoenix or the West Coast. The city also provides academic opportunities through the University of Arizona College of Medicine for those interested in teaching and research.
