About this role
TooJay's Downtown Lake Worth location is looking for a Delivery Driver to handle catering orders for this established New York-style deli. You'll deliver made-from-scratch sandwiches, soups, salads, and baked goods to customers, maintaining the same hospitality standards the restaurant is known for. The role also involves identifying potential catering clients and marketing opportunities to grow the business—so you're not just delivering, but actively contributing to revenue.
The job requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of insurance. You'll need to be physically capable of handling the work: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying catering coolers, and maneuvering through the kitchen and deli space. You should be comfortable operating standard restaurant equipment (POS system, ovens, slicers, coffee makers) and communicating clearly with your team. Flexible and sometimes long hours are part of the position.
TooJay's offers flexible scheduling, a discounted meal program that includes catering, and opportunities for training and career growth. A high school diploma or equivalent restaurant experience is required. This role suits someone who's reliable, customer-focused, and willing to take on both delivery and light kitchen responsibilities.
