Our Delivery Service Team consists of Program Managers, Project Managers, Agile Coaches, and Scrum Masters.
As a Delivery Services Consultant, you will be responsible for empowering our teams and clients to deliver high value solutions. You will need to be self-motivated, results oriented, and be able to ramp up quickly. Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with our clients to solve business and process challenges
- Enabling Hylaine teams to efficiently deliver high value solutions
- Leveraging process and tools to streamline client delivery
With exposure to all our service lines and various clients, you will need to be comfortable working across technologies and industries. You should also be passionate about helping others succeed.

- Project/Program/Delivery Management Experience – 5+ years of experience in delivery management as you will be responsible for building delivery plans, estimating timelines, streamlining process, and communicating status updates to our clients.
- Delivery Services - Exposure to and ability to deliver results using various methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Agile. We work across many environments and need to be able to adjust accordingly. We need team members who can build delivery plans, not wait for a task list.
- Technical Background - You do not need to be an engineer or developer, however, basic understanding of the technology behind our projects will greatly help you to guide our team and communicate back to the client.

Hylaine's Delivery Services Consultant role sits at the intersection of client management and internal team enablement. You'll work directly with clients to understand their business and process challenges, then partner with Hylaine's delivery teams—Program Managers, Project Managers, Agile Coaches, and Scrum Masters—to execute high-value solutions. The work spans multiple service lines and industries, so you'll need comfort moving between different technologies and business contexts. Success hinges on your ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, from frontline teams to client executives, and to translate complex challenges into actionable delivery strategies.
This role demands at least five years of hands-on delivery management experience. You'll own the full delivery lifecycle: building plans, estimating timelines, selecting and applying appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), and keeping clients informed on progress. A proactive mindset is essential—you're expected to spot risks early, propose mitigation options, and remove blockers before they derail projects. While you don't need to be a developer, a basic grasp of the technology underpinning your projects will strengthen your ability to guide teams and communicate credibly with clients.
Experience in consulting, Agile transformation, strategy work, or presenting to C-suite leaders would strengthen your candidacy. The role is based in Indianapolis and requires in-office presence. U.S. work authorization is mandatory; visa sponsorship is not available.
